As a kid, the only children shows I liked were The pink panther and Scooby-Doo, but I would mostly read or watch normal movies.
I did not watch very much TV as a kid, but I liked Digimon, and Looney Tunes.

I liked Catdog, The Angry Beavers and Rocko's Modern Life a lot when I was younger. Golden age the Fairly Oddparents was great as well.
In terms of Cartoon Network; Teen Titans was probably the best. Classic Powerpuff Girls was really good; the main characters were mediocre but side characters of the show were very entertaining. I was obsessed with Ben 10 for a long time as a kid watched the original, Alien Force and some of Ultimate Alien. It doesn't have that much of a merit when looking at it retroactively but I really liked it a lot back then. Samurai Jack of course was a banger. Justice League Unlimited was probably the best superhero cartoon I watched as a kid. I didn't watch much anime as a kid but I really liked first Yu-Gi-Oh series a lot. I watched a good chunk of GX as well. Good times.

spongebob was great until season 4, I used to love watching hey arnold despite its kind of meaningless sketches most of the time, then comes kappa mikey for a funny mixture of anime/western animation tropes, avatar the last airbender was and will always be #1 of my favorites (korra sucks hard tho). Drake and Josh had its moments but generally I never was into this kind of teen shows. Btw simpsons/futurama/family guy/south park/whatever "adult" oriented animation series you name suck my balls, with the exception of occasional King of the Hill. My name is Earl could get real funny until some dumb half-naked foid got screen time.
