You're right, I do have a lot to learn when it comes to cheese. But I'm not big on cheese, nor a cheese snob/connoisseur.
I like any kind of cheese. The nice thing about moldy cheese is that you can smear it on bread or cook delicious pasta dishes with it. Parmesan is actually only useful for a few dishes or to sprinkle on top of pasta sauces. Feta as well. That's my experience. Blue cheese can be eaten every day.

Idk. I usually like the Bergader brand cheeses. Honestly I don't think that it has a specific name, it is just moldy cheese with different cultures, blue, white whatever..... (the company calls them Almzeit and Bavaria Blue butit is the name of the product, the cheese is no name)
