Discussion What's your diet like?

i eat bananas and oranges plus other fruits daily
 
I eat anything in the fridge
 
I don’t eat breakfast much and dinner is a hit or miss health wise
 
my diet is horrible, its random, and filled with whatever
 
mushrooms, broccoli, ramen, sushi, occasional nutrition cookie, cream cheese with crackers, pb&j on rice cakes, tuna, fish, rice, green tea, almond milk, occasional rice krispies or rice chex, a pocky every now and then
 
Oil, bread and supplements
 
Average rice, beans and slop of LATAM. Its not that healthy.
 
I eat mostly raw meats (organs only) and animal fat. Sometinees fish. Eggs daily and raw milk.

Raw butter nowadays is hard to come by unless I make it myself.

I also make Kefir myself.

For fibre I eat some fruits. Barely any vegetables.

Sometime I eat chicken soup as well. Bone broth is also nice. When the bones are so soft that you can eat them. Epic.

chicken fish turkey and other meats + veggies if im cutting for volumemaxxing, and a bunch of carbs so oats cereal rice cakes rice treats, whatever tbh

Dairy wise yogurt cottage cheese milk(only a bit or else its shitfuel for me)
 
My diet was good but somehow still ended up here, it's just fate I guess :feelsrope:
 
I have a breakfast bar and cup of coffee when I wake up, + some basic supplements, then in the late evening I have a big meal
 
Whatever’s in the kitchen basically mostly lotta of rice and whatever snacks I can find.

Primarily eggs, red meat, chicken, turkey, milk, bread, rice, and cheese. I also eat lots of fruits (bananas and berries) and carrots

Believe it or not, it has allmost completely cured my allergies.

This is the first summer in three years that I could spend outside without major symptoms.

It used to be impossible for me to spend more than half an hoir outside without almost getting an allergic shock, but this season I barely felt anything.

Lifefuel for sure. I can chill outside and enjoy the sunlight and fresh air without fear of getting fucked up.

Nice sleep, imo. Also having many dreams during sleep is a good indicator for proper nutrition of the brain as it can, again, process experiences during sleep.

Good digestion, I have noticed.

Generally calm, collected. No emptional ups and downs.
Muscle building, of you are into weightlifting, is a lot easier.
In general your muscles will not damages as easy lifting weight.
Less sore muscles.

I have noticed that my joints have gotten stronger for sure.
I do manual labor and I cann tell the difference.
My teeth were always good but they have gotten significantly better that even I could tell the difference.

So long as you eat as little crap on the side as possible, especially sugar, your skin will clear up.

You will stop smelling bad, as in, your sweat. Espeecially your feet.

I can wear the same socks during a hot summer in my work boots for a week and they just won't smell bad.
I used to have very smelly feet. Horrible smell.
