I'm curious as to how the typical incel feeds. I usually eat one meal a day and its usually shit quality food like fast food or chines takeout/frozen meals.

I eat whatever my mom cooks, I mostly eat white rice, chips and candy.

this morning i had a felafel wrap. Afternoon i had cereal. Now i'm having a footlong chicken tikka subway

Eat whatever ilike whenever i like around 2 meals a day.

Mostly chicken, veggies, and fish.

Herbivore diet with whole foods.

if i'm not eating fast food i'm eating stuff from the microwave since i don't know how to cook
i eat twice a day but snack a lot

Ramen noodles, canned chili, frozen chicken & rice, and 0-calorie pop.

I eat a lot of beans and home made breads for meals. I eat a lot of fruit and nuts for snacks, or fruit mixed with cottage cheese.

Starting on a new diet.

Nowadays I’m eating a lot of fast food due to my studies, I dont have much time, hope dont get too fat

some days i don't, others i can't stop

I hardly eat I have no appetite

Beans, greens, grains, olive oil, sardines, milk. I'm hoping to get back into semi-regular poultry consumption, but preparing meat seems like a pain with the time I have available currently. Haven't really cooked anything beyond simply boiling water for maybe 2 years now.
