Mental illness. I managed to deal with it, and I don't see my psychiatrist very often although I'm still taking drugs and sometimes have some sleep problems. I relapse sometimes for 1-2 week periods but nothing major.
But I have as close to a normal life as possible, trying to battle my severe social awkwardness going to places and talking to people.

Everything on the list. Started out being ugly as sin thanks to asymmetrical face and acne. Thanks to that I became mental out of my mind developing anxiety and avoidant behavior. Affected my work and now have no money.
