This is true. I got called overweight when i was skinny. Skinny fat.

Even in my gym, there was like no one who was below 10% bf and there were tons of jacked and ripped people. It's extremely rare.

Never got it tested but I used one of those online calculators which take your age, weight and measurements. Got around 18%.

I think like 10%. I'm in pretty good shape since I do lots of cardio.
