For me personally it's the online rejection that hurt way more than the real life approaching rejection Usually because the women online are rude and stuck up.

Never even needed to ask a girl out to know they didn't like me. They respond with one word answers and are not receptive when I try to start conversations. Women also often cross the street to avoid walking by me, so I'd say that's a sign they don't like me too
