Autists dont care more about truth, they dont care about morale concepts that have no foundation on smth measurable, thats why they dont limit what could be considered truth.
Also they have a hard time to think if smth could hurt other peoples feelings, so they will tell them everything with brutal honesty

There's no purpose in autism. I might be autistic and even if my life had purpose i won't be satisfied enough. Being autistic is being aware of your circumstances, your own being and chances at life.
