Whats the point of living if my only copes are porn and YouTube ?

That's all I live for is porn and YouTube I have no copes because my serotonin levels are so low that I can't find any enjoyment outta hobbies anymore everything is so boring and it's not like I can cope by hanging out with friends because I don't even have that theres nothing to do indoors or outdoors I don't watch youtube for fun I watch YouTube to pass the time and to take my mind off my depression and the fact that I'm gonna die one day

Did you try watching Twitch, in particular those so called 'IRL' streams? I don't really leave the house unless I need to, those streams remind me there is a world out there, and the people there seem pleased to be a part of it. Maybe one day I will join them

Quit porn and do some sports.

There are bad copes and better copes.
