None of the above. Low IQ people will make up the slave class. You can't easily control people who are smart. They will be critical of whatever you say to them and will not accept whatever it is you want them to believe on the face of it.
If they all happen within 25-30 years, on longer time scales, it would be as if they all happened concurrently.
Of course, there will always be low IQ people. Rather, what I'm imagining is a resetting of the scales, an inversion of this graph.
I often think in geological terms.

I don't think this graph's extrapolation is accurate. It's hard to imagine that the top of the normal distribution will shift so far to the left that the top of the bell curve in the future will be borderline retarded today. We're arguably more likely to go extinct than have that as an outcome.
We are the low iq apes that are going to be exterminated. Dunno what makes you think we get to be kings at the end or some shit.
