I could tolerate a foid with a piercing or with a non excessive tattoos but definitely not a foid with blue hair.

Dyed highlights can look nice, a single unnatural color is pretty cringe but not really unattractive and will wash out and fade so no big deal.
Piercings are heavily case by case, and in moderation can range from unremarkable(earrings) to hot(tongue and nipple piercings
), excessive facial piercings though I would say have more potential to drag down looks rating than tattoos have the potential to but at least it's a more reversible process most of the time.
Tattoos don't have the ability to improve the looks of a woman(unless it's marking her as my property) can't be easily undone and even if they are removed there will still be signs of the removal. I wouldn't care too much about something small and minor but it's never going to be an *improvement*.
