I'll start with the meekspill (@NeverGetUp). imo the meekspill, a destructive form of the dark triadpill is the ultimate form of the blackpill because it not only highlights how worthless personality is (sorry @PersonalityChad) but it also conveys how women prioritize looks to the extent where they'll risk death for it.

The mere fact that statistically the vast majority of men die childless while women are almost guaranteed to succeed is genuinely enough for you to question existence in of itself. You realize the game was rigged literally from the conception of the homo sapiens as a species. I would say the agepill. You will never get the time back that has already passed, and while time for you has seem like it has stood still for years, everybody else around you has already paired off or even gotten married and had kids.

After awhile, you have to be quiet about being a virgin, to people, as past a certain age it can quickly get you thought of as serial-killer-level creepy or potentially-unstable.

Also, as most people also consider it creepy to date anybody younger than you by seven years, there really are not that many people left you can even consider as potential partners when you are in your 30s-40s. Plus, while I doubt you could pull it off, but even if you did find a partner, you had better come up with an elaborate excuse as to why you are a "virgin" at an advanced age as you are supposed to be well into your sexual career by then and know what you're doing nobody wants to deal with sexual hand-holding at that point. I suppose you could try and say something like you were a former Catholic priest that left the church or simply bad at sex, but the odds are certainly not going to be in your favor this late in the game.
