If you turn the volume up to a certain level you can hear the whole thing probably. My ears are fucked and the volume adjustment and headphone I use are poor but I could hear up to 18,000.
These tests are dumb because it all depends on your audio setup and also youtube crushes the low and high end spectrum on videos. Though I am not sure exactly up to what limit. Anyway here is the spectrum chart for the audio sample mp4 vs ogg. The ogg has less cutoff.

fullway to 20000 on high volume. on medium volume around 17500
