Downloaded a youtube video of a loli eating worms to test with.
The file size of the cut I uploaded shows as 10,473,417 bytes on my computer.
If I make the video 1/10 of a second longer the file size becomes 10,535,165 bytes and that won't upload.
So I'm assuming the max is 10,500,000 bytes.

I'd like an official answer, but you're probably right. The video I wanna upload is 40-something megs.
