People will call it bragging, but when I was a growing up there was a redhead that was always trying to talk to me and brushing against me. I had crippling social anxiety so nothing came of it, but I found out later that she had a crush on me (which I had suspected at the time). It's hard realizing how many opportunities I've missed out on because I was mentally fucked.
