For me it was exploring active subway tunnels in order to go into abandoned stations, and having to climb down a cliff and get back up again and going to roofs of abandoned buildings.

Yep, I get very scared sometimes doing the shit that I do lol. You sorta have to plan things ahead and get used to doing them a little. Of course being sober and well-rested helps too.
