Encona is pretty good. Although I prefer the taste of Frank's RedHot but it's so damn hard to find the extra hot one anywhere.

Tobasco and Sriracha, duh.

Tapatio goes good with anything, its universal. Also Valentina is good too.

Tobasco tastes like vinegar too much and its not spicy enough you can drink it.

Sriracha is good too but only on teriyaki bowls.

All of these in my opinion are spicy but flavorful. There are many "hot" sauces that can get you hurting but they are just gimmick sauces. You can't go wrong with some pickled habanero or these. Just know that with habanero they tend to loose spicyness once pickled.
