Eye color is extremely unimportant. Blue eye halo is a myth. It's way more about shape, depth, and eyelid prominence.
I agree. But imagine a chad with brown-silver eyes and then imagine him again with bright dark green eyes. It makes a slight difference.
If you're attractive eye color won't matter much unless we're talking very dark brown, almost black eyes on a white guy. It just looks off, but it doesn't necessarily matter as much as most people think.

Yeah. I initially asked because my brother always gets complimented because of his "blue eyes". I guess what they really find beautiful (maybe they don't even realize) is his eye shape and his eye lashes.
If you're between 4.5 and 6.5/10 in looks having light eyes will get you occasional compliments because it's probably one of if not the only good feature on your face, especially if you're not white or live in an area where light eyes aren't very common.
A 8/10 Chad with brown eyes would still mog you.

It's not going to matter then. Blue eyes won't help you much in Nordic countries, but in Japan roasties go crazy over blue eyes.

Middle east, probably yes. South America has higher incidence of light eyes than most of the Middle east and it's probably not a big deal there unless you're in Peru, Chile and other mostly native places.
Pure Japanese, south Koreans and eastern Chinese can only have dark brown eyes naturally, so it's a much bigger deal there. Unfortunately there's more and more white expats in Asia so it's becoming a bit more common, but it's still a very attractive trait.

Eye color DOES matter and can bring you up. Light eyes are ALWAYS superior, BUT if you have light'ish hair or pale skin, you gotta have a strong limbal ring to go with it, else dark eyes are better.

Green. But only if it's real green and not ethnic brown that might look slightly greenish if you look at it from a specific angle in a specific kind of light.
I believe Green is the best color. They are light eyes, but I believe blue eyes look feminine... I'd rather have Green eyes than Blue eyes myself. I have medium brown eyes. My dad has green eyes... I wish I had them. I think they haloed him in his younger days.
