Based strictly on looks, anywhere from 18 to 50 is attractive enough for me to date.
I'm in my late 30s and I'd prefer a woman my own age ideally. Sure, a 22 year old woman is going to be more aesthetically pleasing, but there's effectively a 100 percent chance she grew up terminally online and is a tiktok brained 4th wave feminist. Also ideally I'd prefer to date someone with a similar cultural frame of reference.
Of course, this is all purely aspirational. No woman would want me regardless of age or any other demographics.

When it comes to some things, yes, women broadly share certain traits. Women all care about looks a lot, are hypergamous, have lots of options, etc. etc. Believe me, I'm under no delusions when it comes to understanding this.
That said theres a pretty huge generational divide between zoomers and millennials. It's especially bad when you compare 80s born millennials like myself with core zoomers (the ones born in the early to mid 2000s). I flip burgers at a fast food joint and most of my coworkers are zoomers. They use so much zoomer lingo sometimes what they're speaking is just barely recognizable as English. Also their whole culture is weird and alien to me.
And not that I'd ever have to worry about this, but with a 20 year old woman, there'd be literally nothing to talk about as there would almost certainly be zero overlap in our interests. At least with a woman my age there'd probably be a tiny bit of overlap just by virtue of growing up in the same country and time period as I did.
But obviously none of this matters, because it's just over for me. I'm just hoping for a sentient AGI gf within my lifetime.
