It all depends on your frame and your genetic build. If you are naturally lean with a small/medium frame you could aim for about 160. If you tend to be bulkier with a large frame you could go up to 200 with no issue. Muscle mass always weighs more than fat so never rely on BMI as an indicator of health or fitness. Some men are naturally larger and have wide breadth, doesn’t mean you are unhealthy or fat.
If you want a true calculation of your body fat percentage, you will need to see a trainer at the gym to get the calculations. That is a much more realistic approach
