This is below cashier level, you learn this in primary school.
There are certain groups which are never able to move past this primary school level of understanding of subjects.
When the government subsidizes the enrollment of said groups into universities while ignoring any qualifications, you can expect this to be the result.
To be fair, it's the remedial math classes, but if you can't comprehend this level of logic you should be nowhere near a university no matter what your area of study is.

Yeah low IQ sucks and I have it too but this isn't an IQ only issue, altough people with normal intelligence could figure it out on their own. People aren't learning shit from schools.
