Didn't write balding, you ask why ? cause while balding heavily correaleates with attractivnes i want to fully take attention to facial features. For me at least it's weak jawline which minimally decides who will slay along with neoteny ( which is often but now always brachycephally and not what most think ), while feminine chads are what women really want.
