What's a safe way to lightly scrape your skin?

my epidermis is fucked on this one area it's very discolored I need to scrape it & let it heal so it looks normal

I'm thinking water + friction or just straight up using a sharp-ish tool but i'll see if any brocels have any better ideas

Funny thing the part I'm trying to fix right now is white. But it looks really ugly in the middle of all the brown skin

You need to sterilize the area you're going to puncture, then puncture it with a sterilized needle. Afterwards you need to keep the area clean until it heals by covering it with something that's, you guessed it, sterilized.
If anything gets under the epidermis that's not supposed to, bad shit will happen. I forget what, but keep it clean at all costs

Probably, I'm not exactly a medical expert. I just took 1st aid. Maybe use gauze just to be safe if you got it

I dont know if that would fix a white spot though

I'm 99% sure that it's simply caused by a disrupted wound healing process in the first place. So it's basically underdeveloped skin, not even a full on scar or anything.
