And by suspect, I mean you don’t know for sure if it was directed towards you but you happened to be around when it was said. And you were the only one around, at that. And for any dipshit that suspects this is oddly specific, it’s because this has happened to me. Twice. I guess the only logical thing would be to tell the manager, but I’m not sure that would go. I just got started at this job last month and this nigga probably been here for a minute. So at the end of the day, he may not even get in trouble for what he said. Had it been me on the other hand, that would’ve been an automatic first strike. I wouldn’t even get to three strikes before they decide to fire me. Cuz I’m just a low value autistic man that’s barely been here for two months. They don’t know I’m autistic, but I have alluded to having a disability in my application. And even if I did, it’s just gonna be some virtual signaling bullshit such as “I didn’t know you were autistic, I just thought you were stupid(assuming his ass was even talking about me)” if he were to apologize. So I’m not even sure what to do in this situation, if there’s anything to do at all.

Don't care. Looks are all that matter.

I fucking post serious for once and dipshits still wanna be dipshits. So much for free therapy.

complain to HR for calling you retarded and insulting your disability

just don't care, call them stupid back, quit the job i mean not like it matters at all

I'm serious. You're wasting energy on something a co-worker said that doesn't matter. How does anything some random guy says affect you in any way?

If nobody else saw or heard anything, then you can't really do anything, since all you would have is your allegation.

At least that person showed you their character, that's free information for you.

It's not low-iq jerks throwing insults that you need to worry about, it's people who pull strings behind the scenes that can cause you trouble.

It doesn't really matter, either way, all you can do is keep your head down and try to move on or report that ableist nigga to HR

If you dont have 100% proof that they did call you stupid and are talking bad about you behind your back then there is nothing you can do tbh.

But if you manage to get a proof like clearly hear him pointing at you and saying you're stupid then go and tell the mamager and even check the cameras if it goes that far.

keep your dignity up, dont be forced to go to a job you're not respected in.

Start looking for a new job as you are going to this one.

I am a spineless coward so i wont be able to do shit about it. I would just hold a grudge against that nigger and pray that bad shit happens to him. Not that anything bad will happen to that guy casue of my praying. I am sure a lot of people who were forced to be around me, for example in school, considered me a retard/not normal. It's whatever i don't care.

Cuz I had enough of that shit. Like all of you here, I’ve taken so much shit from people that it brought me to this place a year ago tho I already knew about it for some time.

He’s the only one at this job that I really think has an issue with me. The managers like me enough, I guess.

He got one more time. He’s already did it twice. I had enough of my people shitting on me. I don’t care for the circumstances, I’m gonna stand my ground no matter what.

My guy I left my previous job two months ago cuz of what you said in your second to last sentence.

So what? You can leave this one too. Keep looking for your comfort dont settle for being a goy

I'd probably care less, I just need my money.

It's easy to say that, but when you've experienced being disrespected/ treated as less than, by people you have to see and work with everyday, it's not as simple as just not caring and forgetting, especially if it happens more than once.

If a coworker said that to me to my face. I'd just say no your mother is stupid. But if they're talking to other co workers it sucks, but what else can you do?

So don't ruin that by making a name for yourself as a little bitch who makes work for HR with allegations that can't be proved.

You would be better off biding your time, building up your own good reputation, and wait until there's a real opportunity to hit this cunt with something that will actually stick to him.

you dont have the fighting spirit. I used to let people walk all over me in school and now I wouldnt let that slide. I would anonymously email him gore and blackmail him. sounds petty but better than doing nothing
