1. Record your interactions with her, say you want to do a "fun vid" to show your friends you are out partying, she's drunk and lacks sense so she'll likely agree because its something people do anyways, make sure its obviously not just the two of you smiling on camera that shit is awkward and seems fake, go back to the bar, get a few more drinks, film her with other people dancing or talking around you, talk to those people and be nice to them, if the video is used as evidence they will be called upon for witness testimony. Film you and her having a good time, ask for her number and save it in your contacts as her name, make sure she does the same, use her drunkness and compliance to your advantage to establish a narrative.
2. Make sure to "match her drunkness", especially when at the bar and around other people filming, if she's acting super tipsy and you are all calm and collected then someone may testify you were taking advantage, but if you are laughing, have slurred speech, etc along with her, then both the video and their testimony will say you were both very drunk.
3. Set your phone on the counter near the bed you guys are fucking on, or anywhere nearby, and use the audio record feature, her screaming - "oh yes fuck me" doesn't lend well to - "he raped me".

Also the guy had all the texts on his phone and nowhere else, and did not have it backed up, the police requested his phone when they arrested him and he rightfully refused so no corrupt shit like deleting his texts could have taken place, I'll be backing up the videos, texts, etc online the very next day I wake up from fucking her, so if I get arrested that same day I can get all the data to my assigned lawyer.
