Interesting post.
I start with the nothingness or the eternal black screen theory. I don't get it how some might want this if a choice is given? Living through this nightmare for absolutely nothing in the end doesn't seem fair to me. Some compensation atleast would be nice.
Reincarnation is good option. But only if it has its own limits and you are informed about them.
Let's say it works like that, you live this one incel life, literally a misery not a life. Then when you die, you get some bonus point or something for this difficulty, so you have higher chance to/more points to spend/better rank or whatever and you can live a chad life. This seems nice. Incels and some born disabled people and poor people can live a better life. While those who had it all on the get go in this life, will become incels and disabled people of our next life, seems fair to me. It all should be fair for some people not only to have good lives and others to suffer, there should be ways to build up you score. For example, you get points for being nice if you are born as a rich chad, and you get points if you help someone in trouble and don't go absolute er as an incel.
What I'd also tolerate in reincarnation is if it would be like a vr game for us on the other side. After death, there is like collection of all your lives, all the things you've experienced, you can watch highlights, have replays with cheats or some other shit, manipulate things in certain episodes in your past lives, watch them as a spectator, watch them as yourself without controls like an ingame movie or literally restart it from scratch, but you can do all that only before you start a new life. At that point you shouldn't be able to access your old memories, but they should be back when you finish new life you started. And it's all should be by your decision. You can have fun on the other side for as long as you like before starting. Those lives should be really different and these random factor is what makes reincarnation probably the most interesting option.
The religious afterlife is good. You pretty much get anything you want, but like I mentioned before, there is something else to paradise than just the reward. I'd really like to hear some top tier god iq explanation of why some of us had to experience this life, what was the whole point behind this and this answer should be so fascinating for us, that even after all this years we can say, shit wow, okay, that makes sense, absolutely justified.
Also some MFs should burn and rot in hell, and that's why god is good to send some bad people there.
Sandbox is pretty much the best option, basically anything you like. You can go back fix this life of yours, have completely different one, do whatever. It's just that it might get boring.
Reincarnation has the unexpected factor as a pro, religious afterlife has god which is unlimited source of knowledge, which is also cool, if you can get answers to your questions, and sandbox gives you everything you want, but it might not be as interesting.
However, when it comes to death, I do believe there's a possibility that beings who are self aware and conscious have the mental power to decide their outcome based on their own beliefs. (Cope)
I would also choose sandbox, if i couldn't have that, i'd choose religious afterlife.
The best ones are sandbox, reincarnation, or Heaven. Another that could be added is revenge. Id like to be able to look at my life from the outside and be able to affect certain factors. If I get picked on or something, id make it so the person shits their pants. Id implant test answers and knowledge. Id give myself the cure for cancer or some other thing, and make a ton of money. Shit like that would help. If I could reincarnate with all my previous information that’d be good too. Or if after i’m done living as a inkler, I unlock chad mode and can live like that.
Something like reincarnation but as myself. That may actually happen if time goes around on a cycle and it probably does.
Sandbox mode will actually become hell.
After some decades of getting what you want whenever you want you would be bored as fuck. There will be no escape for you, depressed and insanity forever.
Remember the Twilight Zone episode A Nice Place to Visit? Where the man dies, gets what he wants all the time and then realises he is in hell after a month or so?
We need God to be fulfilled.
A thread that made me make a long reply post, that's nice
