Unmmmm. Maybe people would be more good looking. But there is aways somoene less good looking. So in a society formed by chads there would be the top tier and those who still chads but are not that "chader". In this hypothetical they simply don't exist in society since men are no longer needed to work. So basically every undesirable male who is born has no place in the world. Think of it like how girls try to make things look cute, if a guy isn't cute they discard him. So pretty much the species has been reduced into a matter of looks. Men only exist for women to customize the human phenotype.... Like customizable characters or boy toys.
