I am 5ft 5 and 147 lbs.

It's not really about the specific weight but how it looks on you. You can be considered "overweight" using bmi when you're not because it doesn't differentiate between muscle mass and fat.

Just have a lean athletic typa physique, youre short too so just focus on living long and healthy, and obviously career so you can enjoy life in certain ways

I weigh 83 kgs.

For my height and range I should be weighing between 72 - 95 kgs.

I want to start lifting again and reach 95 kgs of body weight and increase my strength as much as possible with that body weight.

The only reason for this is so I can smack bitches and simps even harder when I get provoked.
Also, in packs simps can be dangerous, so you want to be able to pack a punch.
