For me it was definitely middle school. I got bullied hard, seen as a joke by everyone, beat up by older kids, even my “friends” and teachers hated my guts. I also got trust issues and a terrible case of oneitis from that school which somehow made me even more fucked in the head.

Adult life is always the worst because all the negative experience piles up, you know it's over and you can see yourself aging and becoming even uglier than before.

My highschool life was horrible but at least I had some kind of hope that one day it will get better.

Struggle to land a job because non-NT and undesirable
Pressure from family to get a job and start a family
Alienated from normies because you didn't have teen love or a normal healthy social life

My life during my elementary school years was very dull. I remember one summer that “you are now manually breathing/blinking” meme got stuck in my head all summer and I couldn’t get it out because no entertainment available to me was stimulating enough and I had no friends to visit.
