I clean my dick after pissing because I don't want my pants to smell like piss and I don't want to get that wet feeling while walking. Today I damaged my dick because I cut it with toilet paper. Are there any other alternatives?

I use wet wipes wash the tip off after I pee. I then use the rest of it to clean my entire genital area so I don't get an infection (I sweat a lot and I've had to get surgery because of sweat caused infections)
