I usually go to bed at 2-3am but fall asleep at 4am or later due to jerking off or browsing .is

5 am and I usually wake up at around 1:30 pm

Because I work night shifts I tend to stay up extremely late and sometimes I stay up the entire night and go to bed around 6:00 or 7:00 at the latest I really need to make it a habit of going to bed earlier though I heard the brain repairs itself while it's sleeping plus sleep is the ultimate state for a incel such as me I am trapped in my own dreams and can think of many different interesting things unlike in real life we're actually have to be physical and communicate with other people sleeping allows me to become equal with everyone in your dreams the poet and the butcher are the same.
