I can get uninterrupted sleep only in my trucel sleep schedule. If i force myself to 'fix' it then my sleep is bad. Takes forever to sleep , plus i wake up multiple times, its not continous. Only when i sleep after 4 AM i can sleep well. Fuck normies and fuck their 'good sleep schedule'. They won't tell me what to do.

Got school and exams so 10pm. At the middle of the year i used to go to sleep from 2-4am, really depends on the era im going thru. At summer when i play on pc 24/7 used to snooze at 9-10am and wake up at 5-7 pm lmao was messed up
