From what I know, this site isn't designed by the admin. It has a pre-set website layout which is the same as looksmax and many other forums. The reaction score is just an option which can be disabled by the admin, so I assume this website never had this feature enabled.

Only a few users have a reaction score from back when the site was first around. It got disabled not long after though, mainly to prevent Reddit tier popularity contests. It's basically like "likes" on Facebook. If you head over to looksmax you can see this feature in action. It's enabled on that site.

But it still ended up this way, greycels get no replies but other memebers with enough posts do.
