I used to be like this when I was 14-22, but now at 26 I think talking to a foid would be pretty easy apart from my nervousness. All you have to do is just focus all your attention on her and try to compliment her if you can. Do NOT try to be talkative, because it will backfire. Don't try to artificially keep the conversation going, or ask too many questions, because it creeps women out. Just comment on what she says and say some nice things to make her feel comfortable and she will keep the conversation going for you if you are above her looks threshold.
