I would like to invent a decentralized P2P chat system or forum that runs over TOR. It would work by everyone running a hidden service on their computer to send and receive chats. Also, it would be like snapchat where your computer archives posts (and perhaps can ask other nodes for an archive)

I would like to invent an AI that will police literally everything people do. Everyone will be assigned a node and this node will be attached to them at all times monitoring everything they do and say.
Nobody will be able to lie anymore. Nobody will be able to evade taxes anymore. Nobody will be able to bully anymore. Nobody will be able to be mean to others anymore. Because every minor thing will be monitored by the AI and it will judge whether it is punishable or not.

Basically I want to invent God. Because this world really really needs one.

honestly i want to invent a society which is like a utopia. Where there is no crimes, no bad people, people don't judge, people are actually EQUAL and have nothing to argue about or complain. People wouldn't really have jobs, cause all jobs would be run by machines and AI. The AI's task would be to sustain humans for as long as possible, and in the event that humans die out, the AI and it's machines would then move towards creating new intelligent life on a different planet. Maybe it would be other AI's or a different species? Who knows. I just want for ONCE in earth's history, that the entirety of earth would be empty of problems, murder, disease, and wars. And that everyone would live happily.
