... also I have no idea why one option duplicated that's really strange! Oh well I can't change it now.

Win 11. I would go to Linux but anti cheats in games hate it
I don't know how modern Windows may drive you crazy, maybe if you like to tinker with things you shouldn't. Year long use of Linux only made me appreciate how good Windows is for pretty much any task.I feel like Windows would drive me crazy so my current plan is to have two computers... one with Linux, and one with... whatever OS I consider best for the gaming I do![]()

All the unnecessary notifications, apps and other annoying things can be turned off when you set things up, better to set its up in first day on Windows than to use Linux on desktop. Don't really see a point for Linux on desktop unless you're some kind of dude which likes to tinker with all the tiny things whole day or you're politically motivated to use it for the sake of free software. If you don't like Windows 11 but want to use it still get Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC, supported till 2032.Don't you find it's pretty pushy though compared to how it used to be? To the extent that I feel like Microsoft doesn't really WANT me to use it!
Windows 7 and 8.1 were so chill. They never forced updates or upgrades or anything, they were fine with offline-only accounts, etc.
