While it seems brown population for the most part is not going to be rising much longer due to lower TFR than replacement, they are still rising right now and this especially applies to Muslim places like Pakistan and some poorer Arab states along with central asian countries and smaller south american or latin american nations. All the Black countries are not only rising in population, but their TFR are still way up speeding up the population rise, it is assumed the population of Sub Saharan Africa will reach at least 2 or 3 billion by the end of the century. So what can be done to help these poor people, so they don't keep breeding and destroy their environments and then end up with famine.
