it's because 'chalta hai' or 'things happen' attitude - general apathy; but in broader ways lots of curries are//going to be sole breadwinners for their families and if they'd just rope over "trivial" things their family's survival would be in question - so a LOT of curries have developed unfathomable level of tolerance mixed with apathy towards lots of injustices of life; their way to cope for sake of survival of themselves
if you're a curry, you would often hear it from parents-teachers and all this kind of lines = "just go hard on studies for these two years, tolerate things for now - so you can get to live a relaxed life later on OR become relaxed now and suffer later on in your life" - and this stupid cycle continues over everything be it studies or job or marriage or kids and so...by the time a curry gets his family on feet he's already balding and in late 50s-early 60s...what life does he even get to enjoy at that age - but a gross realization is often late to come by after all grinding and passing of prime years of their lives
so yeah, if you're a curry of lower middle class strata your life is full of copes, (mostly false) hopes and FEARS of losses (of yourself, of your family and so on) and compromises; there are FAR FAR MORE PROBLEMS THAT CURRIES FACE THAN JUST SEXLESSNESS
roping is only reserved when nothing could be done anymore or you're a plain coward or stupid or something
and mind you it's not that suicides do not happen much here; they do, in fact by shear numbers alone India is among leading in suicide numbers; per capita terms India is already in top 50 countries in suicide rates
