For me, caffeine and fresh air just worked well!
I was feeling a tad down earlier but then I did my usual late night food run to the supermarket. Chatted a bit to the staff there as I often do and bought a can of chilled coffee and later another can of Pepsi. Went for a night walk.
And now... I feel good!
