Yes, we are going the way of Japan. But the decrease in sexual activity is currently mostly affecting men, as women are still spreading the sex they are providing among the upper men.
I estimate it will level out around 20-30% for men and around 10% for women.

I think 18 is a more reasonable cutoff age for inceldom. If you're virgin and especially kissless at 18 it's already pretty much confirmed that's something wrong with you, be it mentally or looks-wise. Plus you already wasted a considerable chunk of your prime.
At 18 you can still be in high school. In college youre supposed to reinvent yourself, so many people lose it their first year. If you are still incel in college then you graduate to call yourself one
