Around 10-30%, with varying 'degrees' of inceldom. For example, maybe 10% of men will not have any relationships in their lives; another 10% might have had a couple of kisses and had a girlfriend who cucked him, but also had sex at a party once, and there are also people who cannot have sex anymore, since they've got older or something, or they're on a "dry spell". Obviously it won't be distributed like that, but saying that 30% of men are definitely incels is pretty ridiculous. It's a harrowing realisation that a LOT of men are going sexless, though.

However the big change seems to be that the routes that men had to escape inceldom (e.g. betabuxxing) have been severely debilitated, mostly because women now earn more than before, it used to be the case that a bottom 10% looks man with a masters degree or a PhD on a STEM field with no debt and a good personality™ would still be able to escape inceldom in his late 20's, but now it is no longer the case.

They won't be able to. It'll collapse and turn into a civil war. How the fuck do you deal with millions of disaffected, highly motivated, and potentially heavily armed men all living in your borders and in your neighborhoods? The age of large, set piece international warfare is over. Regime change and internal conflict are all that will remain. Everything is fourth generation warfare now. Conventional militaries and LE are losing around the world to small, but highly motivated DTOs and terrorist organizations with maybe 2,000 active members at most. Large percentages of the government's budget is already spent on security. And they are still losing.

Expect the west to turn into central america or the middle east in your lifetime. There will be many, many wars in the coming decades, probably centuries. Peace is unnatural.
