People there looksmaxx a lot, and if you are ugly, odds are that you arent even there, So it translates to ~5-10% of the male population in a 20mile range are not considered repulsive.
If we consider the whole male population of the world, i guess that number goes to 3-5% (billions of chinese, indian and african guys).
And, from the 3-5% considered not repulsive, we could say that 2-3% are considered atractive
