Recessed Mandible (not crazy, but it's recessed.) A narrow Maxilla, idk if recessed but it does not look like it is, only narrow.
I have a long ass philtrum measured at 18-20mm avg is around 12-15mm for men. I have recessed Orbitals, and bad skin aka. acne, mid-high cheekbones which are not protruding, making my face look overall chubby despite being lean.

Jaw 404 upper and lower recessed facially and large hooked nose. I would need three operations to bring me out of inceldom. LL Trimax and maybe a nosejob.
Acne scars and pimples, downturned and slightly crooked nose, lower lips bigger than the upper ones, somewhat high levels of fat storage, dark spots and undereyes, and an arguably ugly beard.
