I can't pinpoint what his flaws are. The overall phenotype is so bizzare tbh. He has good zygos, short midface, angularity and eye area but he looks weird.

Don't know who that is, but the answer is bad genes.
His face is very gaunt. His cheekbones are massive.. not that that's a bad thing. He's very handsome but very unique indeed.
