Unless you're high e, you won't carry much fat in your hip area. Your waist is large because of bones. I can see your obliques and other bones protruding to the side, it's not fat. Unfortunate body shape; you'll never look good naked, but you can look good with clothes on at least, since your frame is average. It's not like women will reject you for having a big waist (they will for framecels), so just focus on being lean (losing fat).

i tried neck training once and i overtrained and my neck felt horrible, its not even pain just weird disgusting feeling
ill sign up to a gym when i can legally drive alone shredding atm, my face is high e tho i dont have a jaw and my chin is receeded
