It sounds like you need to become more confident. You can start building that confidence by starting to believe in yourself. Stop telling yourself that you're an incel and find a hobby. If you're struggling with that, just message an old mate on facebook or something and ask them if they want to meetup for a drink. Be genuinely interested in catching up with them and if you feel comfortable enough by the end see if they're up to anything at a later date.
