I find it disgustingly awful, as it makes females look like trannies. I just hate it. Whoever it is on this pic (i just googled short hair woman), would look really good with a long hairstyle.

I'm actually fine with the hairstyle, but the woman you posted wasn't particularly good-looking. I'd say it's not the most versatile hairstyle because it doesn't hide any flaws of a woman's facial structure. I've seen a gigastacy who looks amazing with this type of short hair (though I admit she might have looked better with a bob cut).
