If you mean a way the face looks, yes obviously the face is the first thing people notice about you so it sits at the top of the hierarchy unless you got some very exaggerated traits.
For example, a midget will be noticed for his height first because its severely exaggerated. But in an average case face always takes priority.

I'd say face is more important than height. If you're tall but at most a 3 with a small penis no woman would ever consider it.
