Bad Company 2 felt so good. Never tried the Vietnam expansion.
Not sure whether it can still be played online anyway.
I used to play it at 720p maxed out with just an AMD A10-7870K APU. No graphics card required.
Ran so smooth, I was surprised.
Anyway, Battlefield 2 is my all time favourite though. The vehicles feel A LOT MORE threatening and they are. You really don't want to get spotted by any of them as infantry.
In Bad Company and onwards the vehicles feel weak af, tbh.
Not even afraid of them.
Battlefield 3 is on third place, for me.
Battlefield 4 I have never tried. Always wanted to. Bought it a couple of weeks ago on Steam only to realize that I have to create all kind of stupid account for some EA bullshit, just to play a game that I have bought on Steam.
I have tried and done it and it has not even worked, so I went scorched earth and nuked the game. Returned it within the two hour window Steam grants you, the buyer.
I am glad this exists, or else I'd have wasted money.
I wish the refund option existed back when I'd bought GTA IV on Steam.
Such a garbage game, tbh.
Even if it had run well on my system, which it absolutely had not, I would have returned it because of how boring it was.
Major downgrade from GTA San Andreas.
And fuck the physics. Bullshit pseudo realism. The body role of the vehicles was insane.
It's as if you every car weighed 2.5 tons or more.
