I've been gymcelling pretty lazily (average maybe twice a week) for like 8 years now. As is typical of all gymcels with bad genetics (99%+), I still look like absolute shit and get physique mogged by the average untrained black guy.

What about you? Do you lift? Did you used to do it and gave up? What's your gymcelling story?

If you've been lifting for 8 years, you either have a good body or good lifts.
 
I was consistent with it for a few months then I stopped.

The brutal thing is, i dont want to gain any weight for personal reasons (im 43 kg).
 
I don't gymcel anymore, just bw exercises at home, whatever i'm feel like doing that day, no schedule. With my shirt on I look fine, I got decent forearms and bicep aeshetics and am fairly lean through diet. I have narrow shoulder width, injuries which led to imbalances and a bit of asymmetry so I don't bother aggravating that shit by trying to lift heavy objects anymore. The juice isn't worth the squeeze simple as that, also being tired/sore all the time and stressing about making gains etc. is a waste of time. If you want to work that hard, put that effort into moneymaxxing imo.

The couple of years mma training I did a decade ago leaves me confident enough that i'd beat at least 80% of men in hand to hand combat which is enough.
 
Some days it's good and other days it's bad. Yesterday it was horrible, the gym was flooded by foids, no matter where I looked there was some jiggly ass in yoga pants doing squats. I went home, coomed, and began my daily suicide contemplation on the floor.

It’s a decent cope tbh and while I’m still incel I’d like to think it prevents me from being even uglier.

People stopped picking on me and giving me shit which is nice. I do get some respect from male mates but hasnt increased foid attention at all/.

The relentless mogging does nothing to curb my spirit. The foul looks from Stacies is like acid water off a duck's back. I am intensely training a very few set of upper body muscles. My willpower is infinite, my No-Fap is powered by Anti-Coomerism, My strive is to be a shining light for the ones I love. My question is what Core and Back exercises should I do? My schedule is staying up at night, going to the gym in the early morning, and falling asleep at a cozy Noon to 5 O'Clock. :feelsautistic:

Last year in May I gymceled for literally a month straight everyday and then I became depressed again and stopped
 
I gymceled for a year straight then did nothing now I'm back at it again. Best record of mine is to go 5 times a week.

It does if your a fatcel who leanmaxes to get face gains or are an extreme skeletor. So it has the potential to add anywhere from 1-4 points. For most it'll probably only be 1 and you can get that 1 point by doing simple exercise at home and not eating like a fatty.

Never gymcelled. But did some Wing Chun in a group for a while. Chadlite trainer seemed to dislike me and prefer the cute little hapa girl training there the most. Eventually left and didn't come back.
 
Started already a 28yo oldcel. Trained 9 months natural gaining 7-11lbs of weight ( don't remember exactly ) then started TRT. If you have bad genetics steroids won't work like you expect. Now I am going to complete 3 years working out and gained 27lbs total. Which is good and changed my looks but I had to resort to roids.

Bench is 225x4 paused reps. Squat I started to train and did 270x3 one of these sessions. So I am pretty weak on top of that.

I started gymcelling because I was a fat, useless fuck. Now I'm just a fat fuck. I can do whatever I need to physically, though, as long as it doesn't literally involve gymnastics.

Been gymcelling for 6 years, was only really serious about it for two years or so. I'm in pretty decent shape, I have big muscles but I've never been impressively lean, sitting at about 93 kg and something like 15% bf (from comparing myself to pictures). I only go 2-3 days a week these days, I'm too busy studycelling. At the end of the day, no amount of gymcelling will make me white.

I've gymcelled for a while now on and off. I mostly do strength training but my results are shit. I'm hardly any stronger than when I started

Depends on your body weight, but yeah those are solid general milestones.
